- We are trying our best to make sure guests enjoy the stay, and we provide fresh linen, 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels. (Please send a request before your arrival If you'd like extra linen or towels.)

【About unexpected cleaning issues】

- If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we will arrange for a cleaner to solve your problem within 6 hours.

- Any cleaning-related issues must be raised with the landlord within 6 hours of check-in and remedies must be allowed. If no remedy is allowed, no refund will be allowed.

- The apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay and should be kept clean and tidy upon check-out

- Any additional cleaning costs or damage will be borne by the guest.

【Lost and Found】
- We will keep your items for up to 2 weeks. The items could be picked up at negotiated place or mailed to your address. The postage shall be applied.

As part of our policy, we cannot rent out our rooms to individuals under a certain age or to people using different names. Your personal information will not be disclosed.
