Ocean Blue is a fabulous beach house overlooking the main surfing beach at Currumbin. It is one of only a handful of beach properties perched on Currumbin hill, nestled in the rainforest for privacy yet also giving you unrestricted ocean views and only a 50 metre walk to the main surfing beach.

The house has just been extensively renovated, in the California beach style, with expansive full length verandas on each level overlooking the surf. Ocean Blue offers dual living set out over 2 levels and is perfect for a family holiday. Your small, well behaved dog is also permitted to join you while you relax on holidays!

The lower level offers 2 airconditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 XL single beds, built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is also a brand new kitchenette with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and spacious bathroom with luxurious shower. A full length balcony guarantees Currumbin beach views from the lounge, dining, front bedroom and kitchen.

If you ever tire of the views, you can retreat the lounge room and relax in comfort with large flat screen smart TV, Netflix, Foxtel and free WiFi.

The upper level is airconditioned and offers the luxurious master suite with king size bed, and a plantation shutter window to capture the ocean views. The large bathroom ensuite has been designed for the ultimate relaxation, with a large stand alone bath with plantation shutter window so you can gaze at the ocean while enjoying your bath.

There is also a second lounge room complete with comfortable furnishings, smart TV, Netflix, Foxtel and free WiFi.

Cooking will never be a chore in the fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, top of the range Miele appliances including dishwasher, microwave and plenty of bench and storage space.

There is also an expansive covered alfresco deck with dining table, perfect to enjoy meals and escape strong ocean breezes.

All rooms on this level offer incredible ocean views enjoy sunrises over the ocean, whale watch in winter or check the surf before heading down to the beach.

Ocean Blue is one of a rare few homes with direct access to the council footpath leading down to Currumbin beach which is only a minutes walk away.

If that's not enough, there is an undercroft area with ping-pong table and laundry facilities including with washing machine and dryer. Ocean Blue offers secure off-street parking for 2 cars.

Ocean Blue is a family home located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is not a party house and activities including bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions, gatherings, functions or parties are strictly prohibited.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and the Holiday Rental Industry Guidelines, disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of all monies paid.

* One small dog permitted upon approval (no cats or other pets permitted). Your dog must not be left alone at the property at any time, and all efforts must be made to minimise barking/ noise. The property is not fully fenced and supervision is required if your pet is outside.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 15 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
