Important Notes:
Online check-in form: To keep our guests, properties, and community safe and secure, we require all guests to complete our Online Check-in Form prior to arrival, including a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a matching selfie.

This simple verification step helps us confirm every guest's identity, protect against fraud, and ensure a smooth, secure check-in experience for everyone.

Please note your booking will be fully confirmed once this step is completed.

This is a strictly non-smoking building, including balconies and common areas.

Cancellation policy:
The reservation is payable in full at the time of booking. The booking is fully refundable until 30 days prior to arrival, and 50% refundable until 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.

Parking: No car space is included, but secure paid parking is available onsite ($34 per 24 hours, unlimited entry/exit).

Check-In:
Your keys are collected from a lockbox in Charles Avenue in Broadbeach beside the entrance to the Oasis Shopping Centre which is accessible 24 hours. Full details of the key collection will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival.

Check-in time: From 2pm (or from 3pm during school holidays)

Please note: Check-in outside of the store’s opening hours is not available.

Other things to note
This apartment is privately managed and not associated with the inhouse managers. This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the buildings facilities.

The only item you are unable to use is the front desk, however that is what the GC Getaways team is here for!


House rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony, or common areas of the building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.

No parties or events. No Schoolies.

A copy of your government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.

No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.

The building observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.

Check in time during peak school holidays is 3pm. This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.

Additional cleaning fees of $77 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.

No check in or out Christmas day, New Year’s Day or Easter Sunday.

$250 fee for each set of lost keys.

Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, were here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after-hours lock outs (10pm to 8am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover.

Any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.

Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
