On the 15th floor at the quiet southern end of Surfers Paradise, this one-bedroom apartment looks north-east over the ocean and city skyline from one balcony and west to the Gold Coast hinterland from the other. Minutes on foot from Cavill Avenue, and directly across the road from the beach.



The Space:

High above the quiet southern end of Surfers Paradise, this beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment delivers a view most beachfront properties can't: the coastline sweeping north, with the sand, the Pacific and the Surfers Paradise skyline in a single frame. Take your morning coffee on the north-east balcony as the sun rises over the water and the beach wakes up, then watch the city lights come on in the evening. The second balcony faces west to the hinterland, where the sun sets behind the ranges, sunrise and sunset from the one apartment, which few places on this coast can offer.

Inside, the apartment is styled for comfort. Luxury leather lounges anchor a large open living area with reverse-cycle air conditioning, and a second unit in the bedroom keeps things comfortable in every season. The king bed is dressed in quality linen, and the bedroom opens to its own balcony and its own share of the view.



The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, full-sized appliances, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine for the first brew of the day, before you've even thought about finding a café. An internal laundry with washer and dryer means you can pack light, whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay.



Downstairs, the building operates like a private resort. If a morning beach walk is more your style, cross the road for the Oceanway path or the sand itself. Swim laps in the heated indoor pool year-round, take the outdoor pool when the sun's out, then ease into the spa beside it. There's a tennis court for a morning hit, a gym so you don't break your routine, and a sauna to finish, plus a spacious undercover BBQ gazebo for long, easy evenings.

This is the southern, quieter stretch of Surfers Paradise the part locals prefer. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, bars and energy of Cavill Avenue, far enough that you fall asleep to waves rather than nightlife. It suits couples after a coastal escape and solo or corporate travellers who want hotel-grade facilities with the space and self-sufficiency of a full apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests have full use of the apartment and both balconies, plus the building's facilities: heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, gym and undercover BBQ area. Three fast lifts service the building. Unallocated secure basement parking is available free of charge, subject to availability. Building entry is via fob, for both the front and basement entrances. Self check-in is via KeyNest at Q1 Convenience Store, near the Q1 building at 10 Hamilton Avenue open Mon-Thu: 06:30-23:00 - Fri-Sat: 06:30-00:00 Sun: 06:30-23:00.



The Neighborhood:

The Northcliffe Terrace stretch is the southern, settled end of Surfers Paradise beachfront living without the crowds. The sand and the Oceanway path are directly across the road, with the Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club a short stroll south for a relaxed meal with beachfront views. Walk north and you're at Cavill Avenue's restaurants, bars and shopping within minutes; head south and Broadbeach's dining precinct is one easy tram ride down the line.



Getting Around:

The Surfers Paradise light rail station is a five-minute walk down Hamilton Avenue, with 50-cent G:link fares connecting you from Broadbeach to Main Beach and the wider coast. Self check-in is via KeyNest at Q1 Convenience Store, 10 Hamilton Avenue the same street as the tram. Guests arriving by car can use the building's unallocated secure basement parking free of charge, subject to availability, and Gold Coast Airport is roughly 30 minutes' drive south.
