This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Welcome to your private oasis in Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast! This charming, newly built loft studio is designed for one to two guests, offering a comfortable full-sized Queen bed, a private full bathroom, and a private entrance for a serene and exclusive experience. Enjoy complimentary fast WiFi, a well-equipped workspace built in laundry and kitchen, and free parking on street outside.

The space
Situated inside a detached corner house, this modern master loft suite offers comfort and privacy in a tranquil neighbourhood. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the stunning beaches, local shops, cafes, and restaurants that make Mermaid Waters a sought-after destination. A bus stop less than 300 meters away provides easy access to the wider Gold Coast area. It is serviced by local buses, including the 756 route, which connects to various destinations along the Gold Coast, such as the nearby shopping centres and beaches.

Expect a fresh and spotless space upon arrival. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring the suite looks "just like in the pictures." Fresh sheets, pillowcases, and towels are always provided, and a welcome hamper awaits you with coffee, tea, biscuits, and milk.

Guest access
After booking, you'll receive a message with details about your check-in, including a personalised 4-digit keypad code for secure and private entry. Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM, with flexibility based on availability.

Feel free to unwind in our secluded backyard patio and garden, a perfect spot to relax and soak in the coastal ambiance. Enjoy a rainfall outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Other things to note
We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM to ensure all guests have a peaceful stay. Your comfort and privacy are our priority, and we strive to create an enjoyable, homely atmosphere for every guest.
