Guest Verification & Security Deposit

As there is no front desk or on-site staff, we use a simple pre-check-in process to help care for the home and ensure a smooth stay.

After your reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a pre-check-in form, which includes:

Photo ID verification prior to arrival

A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout provided the property is left in good condition

This helps us maintain the quality of the home for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet-Friendly (By Request)

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please message us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

$150 pet fee per pet, per stay

Pets must be house-trained

Pets must be kept off furniture unless covered

Pets must not be left unattended for long periods

Guests must clean up after pets both inside and outside the property

Excessive pet mess may result in additional cleaning charges

Check-in from 3:00 PM

Check-out by 10:00 AM

The property is professionally cleaned before each stay. We kindly ask guests to:

Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided

Wash any used dishes

Avoid leaving stains, excessive dirt, or clutter

Additional cleaning or rubbish removal may incur extra charges.

No Parties or Loud Gatherings

This is a quiet, residential street with a noise curfew after 9:00 PM.
Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Breaches may result in immediate booking cancellation.

Self Check-In

A secure key lockbox is available for flexible, contactless entry.
