Important Notes Before Booking

Please note this is an older apartment currently being touched up. While it is clean, functional, and well-located, it does not have the same level of finish or comfort as newer or recently renovated apartments. The apartment does not have built-in air conditioning. A portable air-conditioning unit is provided; however, on hotter days the apartment may feel warm, particularly during daytime hours.



Parking Update

Onsite garage parking is no longer available. Guests may use metered street parking at Peninsula Drive or Watson Esplanade (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, 3-hour limit). Parking is free after 5pm, on weekends, and public holidays.

On-site parking is provided with the apartment and is accessible with the key fob, the space will be shared as part of a check-in guide.



Your key pickup location is 1 min walk. Details will be provided before your arrival.
