This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >No schoolies or Toolies permitted

If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
