Vacation Rental No. 05 is a spacious 3-room attic apartment with 70 m² of living space —ideal for up to three people. An additional child aged 10 can be accommodated upon request. Two balconies, one facing south and one facing west, offer magnificent views of the Nordperd and invite you to enjoy sunny hours and relaxing evenings.
The living area is cozily designed and features a comfortable couch, an armchair, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light and harmoniously connect the interior with the two balconies. The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes, silverware, and numerous kitchen utensils.
This cozy vacation rental has two bedrooms: The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The second bedroom offers another closet as well as a comfortable single bed (sleeping area 1.40 x 2.00 m). The west-facing balcony is also partially accessible from the living room.
The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink—ideal for relaxing spa moments in the comfort of your own apartment. A free parking space at the building and free Wi-Fi are also available to you.
