The apartment no. 6 of Villa Anni is a comfortable, around 82 m² large and stylishly furnished Non smoking holiday apartment on the first floor. It provides with its 3 bedroom home sleeps 5 adults + 1 child up to 3 years in cot. The combined living / kitchen and dining area with modern and integrated kitchen leaves with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils nothing to be desired. The dining area fits in the kitchenette. The open living area has a cozy seating area with a coffee table, a chair, a reading lamp, a flat-screen TV with CD player and a Blu-ray player. Even on an internet connection (WLAN), you still enjoy your holiday. This is included for you! A selection of board games and holiday reading provides a welcome change. The west-facing, furnished balcony with umbrella is directly accessible from the living area. The first bedroom has a double bed with foam mattresses (1,60 mx 2,00 m), adjustable bed bases, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed with a continuous cold foam mattress (1,40 mx 2,00 m), bedside shelves, flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed (0,90m x 2,00m). For a peaceful sleep provides in all 3 bedrooms a darkening. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and hairdryer. In the second bathroom are located next to a toilet and a wash basin and a washing machine. In the bedrooms and in the kitchen insect screens are available. All rooms are equipped with a heating and provide a pleasant warmth. For our little guests is 1x high chair and 1x travel cot (without extra mattress and without Bettinlett) included. A private parking space (no. 6) is located in the underground garage (entrance height: 2.00 m) of the house. Pets are not allowed in the apartment! The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.
