The apartment was completely renovated in the spring of 2018 and subjected to a facelift, so you now sleep well in high-quality box spring beds (upstairs) & on a spacious corner sofa with new large Full HD TV (incl. Sky) can enjoy TV enjoyment in front of the high-quality gas fireplace. 

Classic elegance, high comfort, exclusive interior, quiet feel-good atmosphere, away from the bustle of the city, in an exposed golf course location (within walking distance) and in the midst of a beautiful landscape presents the "white villa in the country Fleesensee". Not only golfers feel comfortable here, but also families with children.

The Villa Hügel consists of two separate, family-friendly apartments. The family-friendly first floor apartment in the Villa Hügel has 130 m² of well-being living space spread over 2 levels (maisonette style). The spacious and light-filled living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen with dining bar provides a stylish feel-good atmosphere.

A per floor adjustable floor heating ensures pleasant warmth (in the DG radiator). The apartment is equipped with insect protection (tenter) (except Velux). Free high-speed VDSL WiFi access is available.

The exclusively furnished living area with access to the south-facing balcony conveys a special feel-good atmosphere, which is underlined by the high-quality gas fireplace, which provides additional pleasant warmth for underfloor heating on cooler days.

Relax on the high-quality corner sofa and a comfortable armchair in front of the large wall-mounted Full HD flat screen (+ SKY TV: Bundesliga (restricted), golf tournaments o. Current film in HD quality). A home cinema system (incl. DVD / CD player) provides excellent acoustics. There are plenty of DVDs available.

The harmoniously integrated, fully equipped kitchen with dining bar and 2 bar stools not only makes the heart of a hobby chef beat faster. The high-quality equipment with 4-zone ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, blenders and many useful cooking utensils will make self-catering a pleasure. Filter coffee machine, toaster and water & egg cooker are of course the equipment. In addition, you have a Nespresso machine with milk frother available (capsules please bring your own).
