Outdoor whirlpool (year-round 38 ° C warm).   From the entrance you cross the hall area with cloakroom & mirror & reach the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen. Through 2 patio doors you enter the south terrace. Also on the ground floor are one of the three feel-good bedrooms and a sauna bath with access to the west-facing terrace with outdoor hot tub. The room doors in the EC have a 1 m width and are therefore suitable for wheelchairs. A storage room is also available here.
