You expect a comfortable semi-detached house, each with about 80 m² of living space, spread over 2 levels. Each house has a living and dining area with open plan, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (4 beds / 1 x with TV), 2 bathrooms (1 full bath with whirlpool, 1 shower room), 1 terrace, WEBER charcoal grill and a garden Midway between the house halves on play equipment (swing, slide & sandpit) for children features.

A communal storage room of the house has washer & dryer (free use of both halves, detergent please bring along). Each half of the house is heated by central heating by means of radiators. The floors in the house were equipped with allergen friendly floor coverings (tiles & laminate). The wooden terrace is accessed from the living and dining area. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view.

The living and dining area convinces with its comfortable feel-good equipment. Here, a high-quality wood fireplace provides additional cozy warmth on cool days.
