In the kitchen there is a 4 plate stove with oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with freezer and a dining table for all persons. For laundry, a washing machine is ready. In the attic there is a bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower and bath. A space-saving staircase leads to the loft, there are 2 single beds and another TV with DVD player. At the house is the terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill. Your bicycles can be stored in the lockable tool shed. A car parking space in front of the house is available.

Completed in 2004, the semi-detached house is comfortable, cozy and functional and is located in a quiet location in one of the most beautiful holiday region of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The house is ideal for parents with 2 children. The bedroom in the attic (can be reached via a space-saving staircase. This is not recommended for people with physical limitations.
