Located just above Staines (literally any shop you might need is within a 5 minute walk), the apartment was private but not desolate and surprisingly quiet for its location so close to the main public spaces. "My 2nd room was lovely, clean, well-decorated and cosy. I had initially been put in a room with a bit of a fug about it and a broken TV so first impression wasn't great. The lovely guy on reception moved me to a great room which I can't fault at all. Would definitely stay again."

"We rented this property for Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and there were lots of clear instructions on how to use the hot tub etc. The location was perfect, and we LOVED the decor of the place - so quirky and right up our street as we are a rock n roll loving family. "I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it extremely difficult to sleep and rest before my flight. As a frequent traveler, I have experienced a range of accommodations, but this was by far the worst. During my current trip in Europe, I have stayed at excellent hotels in Menorca, the Rafa Nadal Academy, London, Cote d’Azur at the Mouratoglou Hotel Resort, and soon the Royal Savoy Hotel Spa in Switzerland. Despite these varied experiences, my stay at Sofitel Gatwick was particularly disappointing. "
