"We recently stayed at the Ibis Calangute while in Goa for some very sad family business, and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible during a difficult time. "The property needs substantial renovation - many rooms are bit run down and with foul smell...Rest of the things in terms of amenities and other aspects are upto the mark of Taj!"

"We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well"

"There are no rooms having beach view also beach at the other part and that too not lighted up properly and is dull as compared to adjoining Baga and Candolim beaches .The images posted are not chronoligical order pasted from here and there and made so don't completely rely on that"

"The room was clean . The staff was helpful n couteous . Breakfast spread was great . Overall a good stay ."

"Property is very much different from the pictures on Expedia. It is not maintained at all. I hardly could stay for even one day."

"kinda and attentive staff. stayed at the beachfront suite. note that photos appear much nicer than what is available - rooms and bathrooms aren’t as luxurious as one expects for the price charged."

"Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible."
