"Great customer service, large, clean apartment and very tasty breakfast"

"Super nice, very clean, charming, and peaceful. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. I highly recommend this property"

"Faulty A/C in the room. Hotel wanted to charge more for changing to other room with working A/C. After a short complain, they dropped the extra charge."

"Bem localizado, bom café da manhã e muito charmoso "

"Todo como sempre, todo excelente. O meior hotel para mim en Torun."

"Awesome family hotel. Breakfast was probably the best we had at a hotel. Also great indoor & outdoor pools that our kids loved, and its right across the street from the old town Torun. This is the hotel we'll use when visiting Torun."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Apartamenty Chleb i Wino. The location is excellent, right in the center and just steps from the main square, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The service was effortless from start to finish, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good. The only downside was the noise. We could clearly hear people walking on the staircase, and at times there was quite a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs,...

"Hotel maravilhoso, tudo novo, café da manhã sensacional. Localização perfeita."

"Great property in a wonderful city. Review your directions before heading there. Have to give the staff a shoutout. They were all fantastic and totally committed to ensuring our stay was great. Very convenient to everything- we are planning to return."

"The shower did not drain properly and made a mess with water all over the bathroom floor. Other than that great stay"

"Meu quarto estava com o sistema de ventilação avariado, fazendo muito barulho. A noite inteira houve rangidos intermitentes."

"O local do chuveiro muito pequeno, qualidade do papel higiênico ruim, a cama era horrivel, cochao fino, quarto apertado e abafado, muito quente, sem ar condicionado , ventilador barulhento, fiquei no 4 andar, com escadas, cafe da manha muito fraco , nao recomendo, a localização é otima, mas só. Nao me hospedaria novamente."

"Staff was kind and spoke good English. They helped with suggestions and directions. The shower and sheets were luxurious. Very grateful for the elevator."
