The house is located on the Polish. Ostseeinsel Wolin and stands on the banks of the Camminer Haff - distance to the water about 100 m. The house was completed in 2013 and is modern and fully furnished. It is located together with a second holiday home (holiday home Marcel can also be booked through apartment-direct holiday home 2854703) on a total of 1000 sqm fenced plot.
The fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is 1.5 km and the lively seaside resort of Miedzywodzie (shops, restaurants, pedestrian zone, spa hotels for massages and indoor swimming pool, etc.) is about 2 km away. Both destinations are also easily accessible via a new bike path.
The house Milena has a floor space of approximately 65 square meters and can accommodate 4 people in two separate bedrooms, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and a living-dining room with couch (folds out for an additional children's sleep area) and satellite TV (all usual German channels). The kitchen has a stove (ceramic hob) with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc. and is fully furnished. From the living room you can reach the lawn garden (with barrel sauna, barbecue) via a furnished terrace. On a separate side plot is a large playground (about 1000 square meters) with football field (Kleinfeldtor), outdoor table tennis, trampoline, basketball, etc. and the tool shed in which the canoes, the fishing boat and the bicycles are housed. The boats can be launched on the Haffzugang, which is also suitable for swimming and fishing. In the garage there is a washing machine. A car park is available on the fenced plot. For our younger guests is a travel cot, high chair available for free.
