Directly on the shores of the latter, guests can enjoy exceptional accommodation in an oasis of peace and quiet. This comfortable semi-detached holiday home sits on a well-maintained, partially fenced property. The house is two stories high. The ground floor features a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, large dining table, and a double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and microwave with an oven function), and a guest toilet. The first floor features three bedrooms (each with a TV, two of which have a balcony) and a bathroom with a shower. Electric heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wi-Fi is available. The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs, offering a picturesque view of the lake. Barbecue facilities are available. The uniqueness of this place is further enhanced by a large, private year-round sauna overlooking the lake and a hot tub with a jacuzzi in the garden. This spa area is included in the price of your stay.
The exceptionally well-maintained property (for exclusive use of guests) features secure parking, a playground, a fireplace, and a garden gazebo. There's also a fishing pier by the private beach.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, sauna, hot tub with a jacuzzi, internet, parking, and final cleaning. A highchair and a cot are available upon request (reservation required).
The location provides the perfect setting for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immersing yourself in the peace and quiet of nature. Guests have direct access to the crystal-clear waters of Lake Kamionka. Fishing, swimming, cycling, and hiking are all possible here.
