The "Nautilus" house in Glowe, near the dunes, is brand new and was completed in December 2016. It sits on an idyllic 820 sq m plot of land right on the edge of the forest. The beach is within easy walking distance.

Spacious terraces invite you to relax and unwind, offering pleasant privacy.

The approximately 130 sq m holiday home, with its four bedrooms, can accommodate 5 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. The house features large-format, light-colored tiles and high-quality parquet flooring. All the furnishings and decor are in light, natural, and sandy tones.

A spacious living and dining area with a kitchen island and wood-burning stove completes the picture. The high-end, brand-name kitchen, equipped with Miele and Siemens appliances, leaves little to be desired and boasts the latest technology. Glasses, cutlery, dishes, and various kitchen utensils have been selected with great care and attention to detail.

Utility room with washing machine, a guest WC, a fantastic wellness area with a Finnish sauna, a very spacious walk-in shower, and access to the terrace.

Four bedrooms on the upper floor: two bedrooms each with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), one with a TV; one children's room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm); and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm), a wooden crib (70 x 140 cm), and a changing table. Beds, wardrobes, and dressers are made of solid wood.

The bathroom is very spacious and modern, with a rain shower, bathtub, large double vanity, and illuminated mirror, inviting you to relax and unwind. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house.

All windows and doors are fitted with beautiful wooden shutters and insect screens.

A thatched garden shed provides storage for your bicycles and includes a latest-generation Weber gas grill and sun loungers.
