The apartments of Landhaus Boddenhus are about 80 m² in size. They are equipped with underfloor heating and can accommodate 4 people. For a restful night's sleep after an eventful day, the 180 x 200 cm beds in the bedrooms provide a comfortable bed edge height of 52.5 cm. Also here you will find a flat screen TV and a built-in radio with ceiling speakers for entertainment. The bathroom upstairs, with floor-level shower, bidet and double washbasin guarantee the highest bathing fun - in addition to soft music or the latest news. Even from the bath you can watch your favorite show on TV. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet. The open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster first class, completes the well-being in our apartments. The spacious dining area is right next door in the living room. Here you can also listen to the crackle of the fireplace from a comfortable sitting area or spend a cozy evening on the TV. The Full HD TV as well as a Blue-Ray Player is very easy to handle with only one remote control. This will make your new home a true holiday experience. Our stylishly furnished country house is located in the small village Polchow, located on the Great Jasmund Bodden. The place is characterized by a quiet and idyllic location. Hundreds of surfers go to Polchow every year, because the Jasmunder Bodden is ideal for beginners - but also for professionals (Shale). The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only a few minutes drive. The country house stands on a cultivated private property. Each apartment is for max. 4 persons and has a living room with fireplace and an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom upstairs and 1 guest toilet on the ground floor. For each apartment is a free parking space available. There is also a garaging for bicycles, which you can borrow in the neighborhood, a barbecue area and a campfire site overlooking the bay landscape A free access to high-speed Internet is a matter of course with us. Each apartment has its own mailbox, so you can have the mail or newspaper sent to you. The 1000 m² leisure garden invites you to relax and play for the little and big guests. It offers ample space for beautiful hours outdoors by the campfire or playing badminton. In the immediate vicinity is a fish restaurant (2 minutes walk) and a fish smokehouse, where you can buy fresh bread in the morning. The small sandy beach on the bay is less than 700 meters away. To the Baltic Sea beach of Schaab to Glowe you need about 20 minutes by bike. Please understand that there is no smoking in the house or in the apartments. We are looking forward to your visit.
