Blue Wren Hill, built in 2023, is a 230 square metre, east facing light and spacious contemporary home set on one hillside acre. Whitewashed oak floors feature throughout and cathedral ceilings in all the living areas and bedrooms add to its appeal. The house was designed to allow an effortless flow to the outdoors and the custom built french doors ensure the beauty of the Gloucester countryside can be enjoyed to the full.
Both kitchens have new ovens, cooktops and other food prep appliances, soft close drawers, pull out spray taps and new efficient dishwashers. The main kitchen features a standalone Billi tap for instant hot, cold or sparkling water that has its own font so the beautiful white farmhouse "Eaton" sink can be used at the same time that drinks are being prepared.
There is a large 9m x 9m new shed with 3 motorised garage doors for undercover secure car parking for guests. Additional outdoor parking is available on the concrete driveway.
Stepping stones lead down the south side of the house around to the front eastern facade of the house where wide stairs lead up to the front deck. Enjoy the beauty of the sun rising from the elevated deck or through any of the 7 front french doors (2.1m high) that open onto this deck which is 85 square metres.
Most of the deck is covered and features a BBQ, so alfresco meals can be enjoyed at the 10 seater outdoor table. Awe-inspiring sunrises are visible over the Mograni Mountains and the gentle early morning dappled sunlight filters into the rooms. All bedrooms have block out blinds if you prefer to sleep in.
The top of the stairs lead across the deck to the front door with a smart lock that opens with a code to a small atrium with a door on each side. Turning right through a duck egg coloured stable door leads into the main kitchen/dining/living area. This large room has dual east and west aspects and high ceilings which make it light and airy.
This new modern kitchen with farmhouse feel shaker doors, is equipped with the following: Large 900mm new Westinghouse electric oven with air fry option; Large 900mm new Westinghouse 5 burner gas cooktop; Overhead 900mm extractor fan and integrated light; New microwave oven; New 6.5L digital airfryer (glass cooking basket for healthier cooking); Breville toaster (4 slice); Standalone Billi tap with font for instant hot/cold or sparkling water; New Magnifica fully automatic coffee machine; XL white ceramic farmhouse sink tap mixer with pullout spray; Integrated Electrolux dishwasher with auto door open at end of wash; New 386L LG fridge and side by side 324L LG freezer; Crockery, cutlery and pots and pans; Basics like tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil, milk and cereal etc Ducted air-conditioning; Oil diffuser with basic essential oils; Remote controlled black sunscreen blinds; European style cupboard laundry with the following: 10 kg new Westinghouse front loader; 8 kg new Westinghouse heat pump dryer; stainless steel laundry sink.
The dining area has a long oval dining table that can seat 12 people.
The living area has: A two seater sofa; An armchair; Two comfortable wicker chairs; Remote controlled block-out blinds; A deebot auto vacuum cleaner with auto mopping mode.
Solid double doors lead off of the above mentioned living area into a room which can be used as a 5th bedroom/office as it has the following: New Ecosa queen sofa bed; New Ecosa mattress topper; New Ecosa mattress protector; New white organic Ecosa bamboo sheets and pillow cases; 4 x pillows (firm or soft); Extra blanket and pillows; Small tables and lamps; Dedicated workspace with chair and desk lamp; Ceiling fan; Ducted air-conditioning; Remote controlled block-out blinds.
A passage with sensor controlled night lighting, leads from the kitchen and has the ducted air- conditioning control for the north side of the house and leads to a bathroom on the left which has:
Freestanding bath and freestanding mixer with handheld shower; Rainshower in wet area; Double basins; Wall hung toilet discreetly positioned behind the door; Large recessed 3x mirror door wall cabinet; Extractor fan; Heat lamp; Remote controlled black sunscreen blind,so views can be enjoyed during the day, but do not allow anyone to see in. (NB At night with the lights on, the black sunscreen blinds are see through, so the white blockout blind needs to be closed using the remote.
At the end of the passage the is a bedroom on the left and one on the right. The left bedroom (bedroom 4) at the back of the house is the main bedroom and has the following:

Back at front door, turning left a door in the atrium leads into a large living area with dual east/west aspects and high cathedral ceilings which make it light and airy. At the front is a sitting area which has:
Wall mounted 85 inch Roku TV with free to air TV and music channels, remote and soundbar; Bring your own log-in details for Netflix, Stan, Prime Video and Disney; Comfortable seating for 10. Ceiling fan; Ducted air-conditioning. Remote controlled cream block out blinds.
At the back of the living area is a kitchenette which has:
