  • Novo em 2016! Idealmente situado entre duas das mais belas praias de Cape Ann, esta casa de férias impecável e recentemente renovado �� uma mera 3 minutos a pé de Long Beach ea 8 minutos a pé Good Harbor.

    Depois de estacionar em sua garagem circular, entra nesta casa um nível intocada com um piso plano aberto com cozinha, sala de jantar e sala de estar. A cozinha oferece bancadas de granito, e tem todos os novos aparelhos inoxidável, incluindo uma máquina de lavar louça gaveta, disposi����ão e gás de cozinha. A sala tem um extra grande janela deixando entrar muita luz solar, mas para aqueles dias chuvosos, h�� uma TV de 55 polegadas tela plana para sua diversão. Apenas fora da sala de estar é uma sala de sol b��nus com espaço adicional de dormir (um futon confortável), bem como uma mesa de jogo e porta para o quintal e deck.

    Os três quartos oferecem colchões novos, apenas substituiu em 2016. Há uma casa de banho completa, bem como uma marca lavabo nova que funciona como sala de lavandaria. churrascos ao ar livre são uma obrigação como esta casa oferece um deck com churrasqueira incluído e tem vista para o quintal espaçoso. Há um chuveiro de água fria ao ar livre para enxaguar a areia do seu dia relaxante na praia. A unidade de circular pode facilmente realizar 4 carros, que é um bem nesta comunidade praia pitoresca.
    A localização desta casa de praia é conveniente para tantas comodidades. H������ super-mercados, cafés e restaurantes da família na mesma rua. Em questão de minutos, em um sentido ter um desempenho ao vivo em Gloucester Stage Company, e na outra, famosa aldeia de lojas de Rockport, restaurantes galerias de arte, bem como visitar o Shalin Lou Music Theater para ouvir o talento local e muitas vezes músicos bem conhecida.

Great location

We arrived near midnight on our check in day after a long trip and delays, and the house had been closed up and was hot. I was concerned about the lack of AC, though as long as you are ok with having windows open it’s really not needed given how close to the water the house is. It’s a safe area but you do need to be ok with using fresh air cooling. In the light of day it was a very nice property in a great location. It’s a safe and easy walk to both Long Beach and good harbor. It’s 300 feet from the most popular ice cream place in the area. The property is spotless and well organized and the landscaping is charming. The management company is very organized and communicated well whenever we had a question.

This place is very cute with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The sunroom doubles as a 4th bedroom with a pull out couch. The place is a lot bigger inside than it seems from the photo of the outside. Everything was very clean with plenty of closet space. The rooms have ceiling fans that help keep it a little cooler. However, it was pretty hot when we were there so air conditioning would have made the stay perfect. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and Long Beach is much more quiet than Good Harbor. Shed out back has a beach cart and chairs. Clothes line is there to hang wet towels. Check in was easy. Kitchen was fairly well stocked - maybe some wine glasses would be nice. WiFi was not great. TV kept pausing and waiting to catch up to itself so that was annoying. However, from what I understand WiFi is not great on the entire island so you'd probably get the same service anywhere in Gloucester or Rockport. Overall, really liked this place - clean, plenty of space, great location to walk to beach. Only downfalls were A/C and WiFi. I would go back and I would recommend this house for a nice stay.

Reviewer Comments: We happened to pick great weather. had a great clean house to stay in beds were good appliances were all in good order (did not ise dishwasher)..plenty of hot water had great rides on whale boats and schooner good fish meals close to beach flat walk for senior citizen no complaints

Large enough for the 4 adults and 2 children. The availability of beach toys, chairs, and beach cart were super helpful. We will definitely book this location again in the future.

Even rainy days were relaxing as the house has space for all to find a place of their own. Recent renovations allowed for even more comfortable living. Look forward to returning in 2022!

Just walk down the street and you will be at Long Beach, our favorite beach at Cape Ann and one of our favorite beaches period! Plenty of parking too out in the front of the house. Best part is you are not far from Gloucester in one direction and Rockport in the other. I recommend staying at Two Beaches Cottage if you are looking for that wonderful, relaxing summer beach vacation experience.

Two Beaches is especially my favorite "home". It's near the beaches I love and is convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions I remember growing up with. It's exactly like "coming home." Love it!

Reviewer Comments: This house is very clean and super well appointed with nice towels, kitchenware, bedding etc. You can walk to either beach, probably a drop off in the car if you have little ones and lots of gear to bring. We walked using the awesome beach carts provided. There are fans provided in the house so you can keep the air flowing and with windows open it keeps the house pretty comfortable. The yard is really pretty, nicely landscaped around some very cool rock formations. A lot of thought has gone into making this home a great rental.

It had everything we needed, plenty of nice bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, frig all new. The house feels bigger than it is. We had two families in the house and there was lots of room. The beds were new and comfortable, the backyard and porch were a delight. The short walk to good harbor beach was so nice to look at all the beautiful homes and views along the way.

Fantastic Beach Rental in Lovely Gloucester Neighborhood

The cottage kitchen is well equipped for preparing and enjoying meals. The living room, sunroom, front and back deck areas, in home washer/dryer, and bbq & yard are all wonderful features. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. I was truly impressed with the ample pillows and bed & bath linens. The layout of the bedrooms and common areas is ideal for group visiting, as well as private time. We did not do any sight seeing, as we had not been together in 2 1/2 years, so used the week for quality visiting time. It really was a wonderful vacation.
