"The staff were polite and friendly, especially the young lady who ran through our room facilities. The car park at the rear was a bonus to be off the main road. The room was generally very clean, just some stains on part of the showers grout and dust behind the bed. The room was warm and comfortable with a set of drawers as a wardrobe wouldn't fit. "The hotel is lacking in cleanliness, our room had thick layers of dust on the surfaces and the inside of the wardrobe was filthy, the plug chain to the sink was in 3 pieces placed next to the tap and the bathroom door did not shut properly. The windows could all do with a clean and there were cobwebs to many of them with insects trapped so obviously had been there sometime.The bedside cabinet was broken inside.
