"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"We stayed at a studio in a building nearby, not where the hotel rooms are. The studio is roomy, well equipped, with a refrigerator and electric kettle, but unfortunately, there is no microwave oven. The nearest supermarket a 10-minute walk away."

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed.
