SOUTHERN COMFORT IS BOOKING FAST FOR SUMMER!!! The name speaks says it all!

If you looking to kick back and relax with family or friends, look no further Southern Comfort is a newly constructed cabin that just hit the market in August 2020!

The name "Southern Comfort" is just one way to sum up the property!!! SoCo. offers our guest breathtaking views of the mountains, as well as the sound of nature and wildlife all around you!!!
Lets not forget the most important feature of the property, which is an aerial view of the river that flows directly in front of the cabin, as well as river access within feet of the property!

Lets Dive In:
SoCo sleeps 16 guest and comes fully stocked with everything one might need during their stay. A fully stocked cabin for our guest, is what we strive to offer!!

This property was designed to gather family and friends without feeling crowded. The property is equipped with all stainless steel appliances such as; Refrigerator, Dishwater, Oven, Microwave, etc; as well as cookware, utensils, and serving ware for the entire party!!! Still need more, take a look at the items we have tucked away for our guest such as a Blender, Table Top Griddle, Chopper, Crock pot, Keurig and a traditional Kitchen Aid Coffee Pot.
As mentioned, the open floor plan allows the kitchen and living room to flow together as one! The windows along the cabin offer you access to the beautiful scenery around you while inside the cabin.
The kitchen offers seating for 12; which includes a long industrial farm table and a granite bar top with bar stools to seat 4! If you still find yourself needing more seating, take a step outside and enjoy both our Upper Level Deck OR the lower level Screened Porch!

Southern Comfort offers 4 King Bedrooms and a Bunk Room with 6 Bunk Beds! The property offers a total of 4 bathrooms, 2 full bathrooms ( One located off the living room & the other is located next to bunk room in the loft area) and 2 Jack and Jill style bathroom in between the king bedrooms.
Please note, The vanities are accessible from the bedrooms and have the capability to be locked, so that each guest room offers its own privacy.
All bedrooms are Equipped with a 50" TV (excluding the bunk room which offers only a small TV)!! The living room and loft area are both equipped with 65” TV and a Bose Soundbar!
The property will be fully stocked with all linens, towels and beach towels & the property also offers a laundry room as well.

Lastly.... Our cabin was designed so that family and friends could gather in a spacious area; however the best part of the cabin is the upper level deck, as well as the screened porch below (ITS MY FAVORITE SPOT).
