Perfect getaway

This is the cutest little cabin tucked away in the woods but not far from the main road. I took 3 teenagers, and they all had a great time. We could walk down to the river to swim, and when we wanted to float we were able to stop at the canoe rental place and was given a ride back to our cabin (1 mile float).The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely book again.

Vacation

My son and i came for vacation. The cabin was clean and the location was perfect. Close to town but still secluded. We had a great stay.

Decent Stay - Water Access

Three remodeled Aherns at rough dead end road atop steep hill. All three have decent view of river and below there is a sketchy set of stairs to the water, but not bad. Good swimming spot with rocky beach. Close to town and Lucky’s canoe. Cabin was clean and very nicely remodeled. Road needs widening and gravel. Bed and futon were not comfortable. Bring linens for futon and cups. Futon will fit 1-2 small children, not teens or adults. Decent 1-2 night stay with family to play or canoe in the river. Better beds and some TLC of the grounds would boost to 4 stars.

Quiet and Convenient for Crystals

It was a good central location for crystal mines. Easy drive to Glenwood for restaurants and grocery. Wi-Fi was good for my kid. Everything we needed was there, except we needed a pizza cutter for the frozen pizza's we cooked.

Great weekend getaway

Perfect spot for a nice weekend getaway. Enjoyed fishing the river and the great views from the cabin. Normally come to glenwood to float the river from luckys in the summer. Great place to relax and rest. Will be back again!

Perfect weekend getaway.

Nice little place right on the river. We spent most of our time floating and fishing, but the cabin was perfect to come back to for rest/recharge. Great view above the river from the balcony. We enjoyed watching the sunset. Not too far from town. Kids had a blast. Definently would like to come back to the area again.

The surrounding area was so quiet. The Caddo River flowed directly in front of the cabin and sitting on the deck watching the river was a calming pastime. There were no mosquitos!! Maybe that is true of Arkansas, I don't know, but we were not pestered at all by the buggers.

BEST TIME EVER

We had a blast staying the weekend. The river is real close and so pretty nice waterfalls in the woods close to the cabin. Not far from luckys if you are floating the river. We will definitely be back!

Birthday get-a-way

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was perfect for a weekend trip. The bed was comfortable. The porch was perfect for evening hangout spot. Everything was clean and orderly. Stairs to the water were solid, in case you were wondering. We will stay here again. With the other 2 cabins close by, it would be a great for a group of friends to go together but still have nighttime privacy
