"Great communication with host"

"Our stay was wonderful! The host was amazing—she responded quickly to every message and was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The house was perfect! It was clean, spacious, and located in a great neighborhood. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We hope to book this home again next year if it’s available!"

"Great house in a great location! Will definitely be somewhere for me to try to stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Tulsa and made a great home base for our family while visiting The Gathering Place, downtown Tulsa, and the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve. The kids especially loved the backyard playhouse, and we appreciated having plenty of space to relax after busy days of sightseeing. Communication was easy and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again if we're ever back in...

"This is a lovely little 1925 bungalow duplex in a well located, quiet, and safe area just off of the Mother Road. The kitchen is well supplied with the basics of S&P, sugar, sweetener, a little coffee, etc. There's even dish soap and laundry soap too! Our hosts are very attentive although they have left little to need. This has been a very clean and comfortable place for us to make a nice home away from home. We are long time Tulsans back visiting and will definitely make this our first choice...

In the den, the sofa (sectional) had three decent seats. The cords from the TV in the den just hanging in from the fireplace....

"Great location for our needs. Nice open floor plan but loads of multi-levels due to the age of the house. Not a problem for us but could be for those looking for a single level. Every aspect of the rental was professional and respectful. Help was given when asked and we just enjoyed our stay."

"Comfy beds and clean house!"

"Ok, this home is a great home and the neighborhood is fantastic! We had a problem with check-in due to miscommunication on host/booking end. Host/owner answered call immediately and resolved the issue within 45 minutes or so. Home was as described and had no issues until the next morning. The shower handle did. It work and we couldn’t take a shower. We only stayed 1 night so we just headed back home. After discussing issue with owner, they made it right and we are satisfied. Overall, I’d say...
