Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. "No primeiro andar, o quarto era bastante barulhento, tanto do barulho da rua, quanto do banheiro do quarto ao lado, e dos demais hóspedes no corredor. A decoração e a limpeza estavam boas, mas a cama não era King como anunciado, eram 2 camas single unificadas. A TV não funcionou e o banheiro por ser adaptado para deficientes, ficava todo molhado desde a pia à privada, por conta do chuveiro. A equipe de atendimento é bem gentil, mas não estavam fisicamente no hotel, os 2 contatos que tivemos foram remotos. Inclusive no checkout de dia, o papel orientava a só deixar a chave na caixa. The parking spots at the hotel are very restricted, so book in advance if you really needed it, as the city parkin was impossible the night we stayed. "

"O hotel dizia ficar aberto até as 21 e cheguei às 20 e já estava fechado e o hotel não tem recepção o check in e feito no hotel ao lado, quando depois de muita insistência conseguimos falar com affirm a pessoa foi super grossa."
