"This place is all about the wide, splendid river. Astonishing views. Yes, a fine kitchen, comfortable beds, and hosts that were easily reachable and responsive; but again, it's the river. We felt as though we were on a comfortable ship docked at a secluded port. We watched ducks and otters and the changing light on the water. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic view from cliff above the ocean. Slept with the slider open so we could listen to the ocean. Even saw a whale. The body wash container in the shower was empty. There was coffee and coffee maker but no cups. Even after 4 days we found the door lock challenging. Had to learn how to get into the bed. Feels like it’s going to break in half but once I was in, it felt comfortable."

It's good if you need a budget friendly option for sure, but would not book again. WiFi kept disconnecting. No tv in bedroom. All kitchen items were very old and scratched. Some items were dirty left from the last guests. I did not feel that comfortable. We actually just ended up leaving a day early because we just...

"The room was lovely with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were very close to the beach, but there were a lot of stairs involved and moving down a somewhat steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, this location may not be the best option. In the room, it was clean, bright, and comfortable. We only had a few complaints. The TV remote control would turn the TV on, but the other buttons wouldn't consistently work to do anything else. Also the gas fireplace had a bit of an odor when running, so...

"The place was in a state of disarray. The sheets were covered in hair, and the coach was stained. Finding parking for our truck at the condo was a challenge. Most of the available spots were reserved for compact vehicles. To cool the place, we opened the windows without screens. We sent a message to the host, but it took them hours to respond. Despite this, they did bring us clean sheets and a dirty fan."

VERY noisy (squeaky) queen bed, noisy from above neighbors, inside seating for only 2 (had to rearrange and bring in Adirondack chairs from porch), no counter space in bathroom, way too few plug-ins, no extra bedding, couch bed too small for adult. Walk to beach includes many steps and quite a STEEP road...not suitable for many people. Overall impression......

"Kelly and Cooper had a great stay here. The studio was very nice, clean, comfortable, and exactly what they were looking for. The ocean views and nearby beach access were terrific, and the property was a very good value for the money.The hosts were also excellent to deal with and very communicative throughout the stay, which made everything easy from start to finish. Being genuinely dog friendly was a big plus as well.Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a place we would definitely recommend and...
