"We had an excellent stay at this house! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very welcoming. The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the area. We would love to stay here again!"

"The floor was not swept or mopped. The bed sheets had terrible stains. Sand on the comforter. New sheets were acquired but had to change it all ourselves. Mopped the floor by hand and cleaned the bathroom as well. Refrigerator is very loud. The view is beautiful."

"Enjoyed the ocean view & sounds. Walking down to the beach & walking on the beach was good exercise ,alot of steps. Stores & dining close to drive to. Exploring Lincoln city was interesting and fun. Did not take into account an inconciterit neighbor leaving their large dog unattended, started barking at 5 am continued until 10am"

"You should be transparent on your website. You listed this property as a hotel but it is not. You show balcony with the view of the ocean But the view in my room was blocked by trees. The bed was very uncomfortable like sleeping on a cardboard and was squeaky and woke us up all night long. There is no one on the property to help and you need to call 800 number to get someone in Texas to help you. Also upstairs noise was unbearable. This is the worse place I stayed. I have a photo of the view...

"We totally enjoyed our stay. There was some confusion on how to find the place. Using the GPS will get you to the entry way but has you facing some other resort buildings. There were no directional signs pointing right to further direct you to the right building. But once you find it, it was easy enough to find the unit number. It would be helpful to put a directional display showing which way to turn once you enter the driveway and another directional board showing the layout of buildings and...
