"When we arrived, they told us there was no hot breakfast. Something about the oven broke or something like that. Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. And then at 7:15 in the morning, a woman opened our door and walked into our room and then walked out and when I called I was told I don't know who it is, but then they called back and said oh it was housekeeping they thought that you had checked...

"This a very clean hotel and new, but it is bare bones as far as amenities. While it has a full refrigerator, microwave and cooktop there are no cooking utensils, cookware, coffee pot or toaster. There is not even a hair dryer in the bathroom."
