"It was clean and the staff were very willing to help! Overall, we liked it. We had some trouble with the hot water (the written instructions did not match reality) but a helpful staff member came right away in person and walked us through it. The doors are a bit loud but that didn’t really bother us; it helps that there are only a few other rooms nearby. "Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....
