Cozy tv and conversation area and a beautiful view of the live oaks, cardinals and squirrels. Owner provided excellent communication & plenty of info for the house & area. Highly recommend! "

"We had a great time during our stay! We were in town for our friend’s graduation and we were about 30-40 minutes away from the Tarleton campus. We enjoyed the hot tub and having the lake behind us was a great plus. The house was very clean and Sam helped us every time we had any questions."
