❗ No Indoor Smoking (which includes any form of electronic smoking). Per our HOA, any smoking needs to happen 20 feet from any building.
❗ No Pets.
❗ Quiet hours are after 10pm, thank you for respecting our neighbors
❗ Must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
❗ Please take off shoes at the entrance
❗ Please leave the home in the same condition you find it (return furniture to its original spot).

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.
