Enjoy our end unit overlooking the beautiful woods to the west and the mountains to the north. Views of the mountains are seen from the living room, balcony, master bedroom and our great 15 x 15 patio. You can enjoy all four seasons at our bright, nicely furnished, Air Conditioned, Nordic Village Condo, located just one tenth of a mile from Storyland. A family-friendly resort - our condo is a very easy walk to the on-site amenities in the popular Nordic Village Resort. In winter, bring along your sled & sled right outside the door of the condo!

Our unit is 1250 square feet, sunny and spacious, and meticulously maintained. We have a large gas fireplace with great views of the neighboring mountains. Included are a queen sleeper/sofa, cable TV, DVD, VCR and wireless Internet access. Kids love the spiral staircase. We so love the area that we acquired our own “photo gallery” over time displaying the works of the local area celebrity photographers in the main living room area.

The master suite is private, an unusual luxury in the 2 bedroom units at the village. Most of the two bedroom units have one of the bedrooms that is open and accessible from another area. In order to create a quiet, comfortable and private space we modified our unit. You enter the bedroom through beautiful French doors with roman shades. This bedroom has a queen size bed. This master bedroom suite has three areas including a bedroom, a lounge area and a large private bath with both a two-person Jacuzzi and a shower. From the master suite you can walk out onto our 15 x 15 patio and large 'back yard'.

Our second bedroom is located on the main floor and has twin beds that are made up as a king. They may be separated as twins. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances- range, microwave, refrigerator and a dishwasher. And more pots and pans than you might want to use on a vacation. There is also a slow cooker for do-ahead meals.

Our end unit condominium is SMOKE-FREE. This luxury mountain condo very comfortably sleeps at least four to six people, offers two bathrooms complete with two showers, a bathtub and a Jacuzzi tub. The living room area has a luxurious leather living room set including a queen size sleeper that is comfortable. There are three TV’s. There is one TV in each bedroom and one in the living/dining room area. And with the privacy of each area you can watch three different shows at the same time without causing a conflict!

Resort fee required for SOME of the EXTERIOR amenities. It is charged by the owner of the amenities, not by the owner of the condo. It is proportional to the size of the unit. This two bedroom two bathroom 1250 square-foot condo $31 per night not per person. It is paid to the office at Nordic village and can be arranged by you, according to your desire to access them. This is an advantage to my guests. All Nordic condos and hotel guests are subject to it.

Beyond our wonderful 15 x 15 patio is a very large area of grass and woods. Have a picnic and BBQ on the charcoal grill directly behind the condo while taking in the spectacular views.

Nordic Village is perfect for those family vacations or romantic retreats and is renown in the Valley for it's resort elegance and activities. Whether it is a night time swim in the year-round heated pool, a soak in the hot tubs or making s'mores by the nightly fires during the summer months, families will find the location ideal. Practically across the street is Storyland, so close you could stop back to the comforts of your home

Mount Washington Valley/North Conway Area:
Nordic is away from the maddening crowd of North Conway but of course ever-so-close if you want to go on a shopping spree. You are ideally located for all seasons. There is downhill skiing at Black Mtn., WildCat, Attitash, and Cranmore, each within a few minutes. There are cross country skiing trails on the Nordic property, and others in the area.

You are ten minutes from Mt. Washington Auto Road or a hike up the mountain. Miniature Golf spots are plentiful. The area has so much to offer. The valley has many restaurants of all types, so if you don't want to cook you certainly don't have to. I can share my own little restaurant guide with you.
