Glen Ellen Retreat #3 King Beds

Private Wine Country home in the heart of Glen Ellen. Walking distance to restaurants, tasting rooms, and markets. We also have beautiful state parks, Jack London State Park is 5 minutes away and lovely to hike. You will definitely fall in love with this small quaint town hidden away in Sonoma Valley. Included is wi-fi, TV, coffee, and tea. Looking forward to your stay.

Keyless entry makes it simple and easy. The living room is spacious with a electric leather reclining sofa, electric reclining chair, and a 50" flat screen TV with Netflix included. Decorated in a wine country-like theme. The house is very open and inviting. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed. The living room also has a pull out couch if you don't want to share a bed. The guest bath has a tub/shower. The kitchen is big and spacious, it has a kitchen table and chairs for dining, and all of the necessary appliances for a great stay. You can also grill dinner on the back patio to enjoy the beautiful weather of Glen Ellen.

Full house is accessible. Garage is not included.

-Bucks Place in Sonoma is my personal favorite for good drinks, and live music.

-Sugarloaf State Park
-Annadel State Park
You can also take a walk through the Sonoma Valley Regional Park.

Getting around in Glen Ellen, a car is preferred but we also have Uber. Kenwood is 5 minutes away, Sonoma is about 10 minutes, Napa is about 40 minutes, SF is about an hour, if you want to go to the Ocean, Bodega Bay is only about an hour away, and it's also where Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds" was filmed. They also have delicious clam chowder and seafood at Spud Point Crab Company in Bodega Bay.

Relaxing Retreat

This was the perfect spot to have a home base while exploring Napa and Sonoma Counties. Cute little town with a nice grocery store and a wonderful pastry shop!!! Make sure to visit Benzinger winery and the Jack London homestead while you are in town.

Wow! Best VRBO I've stayed!

By far the cleanest and cutest place I've stayed! Just like the pictures! Both king beds were very comfortable. Glen Ellen is a very quaint town. Within walking distance there are very good restaurants - Glen Elen Star (amazing carrots), The Saloon, The old mill. Two cute grocery stores, a few tasting rooms...all you need for a fun trip to Sonoma! The drive to downtown Sonoma was 15 min from the housefro this house.

Perfect Stay in wine country

We stayed almost 2 weeks and enjoyed the location and the town of Glen Ellen. There's so much to do in the area and short trips to several wineries. The house was great!! We will be back!!

Great 2 night stay

This is a lovely house in a superb location. We were 4 adults (2 couples) visiting the northern bay area for some wine tasting and hiking. Glen Ellen is very charming and close to Sonoma and about 40 min from Napa. We highly recommend hiking in the nearby Jack London state park.

Super clean!

Awesome property. Super clean and very comfortable beds. My only issue was the grill. There are pictures of a grill but no grill is present. This threw a wrench in our dinner plans. Same thing with laundryā€¦. There was a picture but no access to laundry. This was seriously the cleanest rental weā€™ve ever stayed at. Great house in the cutest town!

Lovely Wine Country Get Away

Our stay was fantastic. Leann was very accommodating when a family member had a medical emergency. She stepped in to make our stay seamless. The property was in a great location and suited our needs. We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with two couples who need two king beds.

It was perfect!

Staying at the Vrbo in the heart of Sonoma was nothing short of perfect. The two-bedroom house was everything we could have hoped forā€”spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities. Its central location made it incredibly convenient to walk to local restaurants, cafes, and tasting rooms, allowing us to fully enjoy the charm of Sonoma. Driving to the nearby wineries was part of the adventure, offering scenic routes through the stunning landscape. Returning to such a cozy and welcoming space after a day of exploring made the experience even more special. This home truly made our stay unforgettable!

Ideal Location

House was clean and in a location that was close to a lot of things. Should have made mention that one of the bathrooms was not part of a en-suite. Paper Towels, and Kleenex was not enough for a weeks stay. Shower floors were very slippery. Could have used a Dish cloth or two. Hard to clean the kitchen sink without a sprayer. All in all we liked our stay.

Great location and extremely clean!

The house is within walking distance of several wine tasting rooms and restaurants and just a couple of minutes by car to even more. It was even nicer in person than the pics - it was absolutely spotless. Communication was great as well. Will be booking again!
