The space
This new space is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a memorable experience. Design elements have been brought together to curate a unique space that embodies Northern Michigan and that caters to luxury tastes.

The first level includes a mudroom, 3/4 bath, full-sized washer and dryer, and an open floor plan with lots of ambient lighting. Some key features include a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, large dining table, living room with queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, sound system, fireplace, games and books. Step put the sliding glass doors onto your private patio and enjoy reading a book or cooking on the BBQ.

On the second level you will be greeted with an open den featuring a queen sleeper sofa, dedicated workspace and sliding glass doors that open onto the second story deck. The full bathroom includes a shower and deep soaker tub. Both bedrooms have king beds, custom closets and one room has an ensuite workspace.

Guests have exclusive access and use of their entire half duplex, attached patio and deck.
