"Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great."

"We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. While the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, that’s to be expected. The bathroom featured a warm toilet seat with a bidet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Indoor parking was a major convenience. Best of all, communication with the host team was prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this place!"

"This property looks like a condemned house! Was dirty! No blankets on the beds. Bathroom was unfinished and had no shower curtain. Been trying to get refund from them and getting no responses!! Need to take off Expedia site!! "

"First I wanna say the view was perfect and for relaxing with my wife with the view of the city at night was a great mood setter. I would recommend this for anyone. Only negative I have is diff coffee creamer an sugar selections no I'm joking it was great. I'll definitely be back soon. "

"Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. "

"I was in Pittsburgh for the 35th annual IABD conference, hosted at the Westin. Events held at the Pittsburgh Ballet Center, Point Park Conservatory, Benedum Center. The house was 5 min away from everything! Grocey store arriund tge corner!"

"The apartment was nearly identical to the photos and in a great location perfect for young adults with quick access to bars and restaurants. All of the major areas (lawrenceville, shady side, north shore, the strip district) are quick uber/lyft rides away. The apartment was comfortable and easily slept 4 of us (one had to stay on the couch). The upstairs could get a little warm during the nights but AC was available. Overall would definitely stay here again."

"This was a lovely but very tiny house. Although the listing is very clear we underestimate the space we would need for two adults, an adult-sized teen, and a dog. Our fault we felt cramped! The location was perfect and we think it would be the perfect space for a couple and even a family with a smaller kiddo. It was cool and comfortable and met all our needs. "

"The apartment itself is lovely. There is one reason I would not stay here is there is a horrible gut wrenching smell in hallway and the entire apartment. At first we thought someone was cooking with very intense spices until we got inside apartment and it smelled the same with same intensity. This smell did not go away for the two days we were there. Only relief we got was when opening windows. Luckily had air freshener in the car. There were plug-ins but only one had deodorizer in it. The host...

"The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!"
