"The house was clean and tidy, check in went smoothly. The linens were clean and abundant. The couches were comfortable. The leg on one of the beds appeared to be broken or close to breaking, so we utilized the other room. There were many lights out in the kitchen and no light for the living room. "Clean and easy check in process ! "

"We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars...

"Gabe and Jon’s row home was a great home base for our stay in Philly. The house was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants and a nice liquor store. Gabe and Jon were very responsive and accommodating. "

"Stairs too steep for seniors or children. Inside clean, but patio dirty/faded, laundry dirty. 2 of 4 TV's not functional (controls didn't work). Missing kitchen chair. Living room chair and couch had sprung springs - uncomfortable. Good for pets and comfortable beds. "

"The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...
