"Fun on the water location. Nice view, steady breeze, various passing boats and wildlife to watch. Nice central living room/kitchen ....larger than most boats. Plus plenty of deck space for lounging. Conveniently located near the marina restrooms/showers, which were clean and well kept and provide a nice option for someone my size (6'5").Located just a couple short blocks from the Susquehanna Seafood and Wine Festival at Concord Point Park.We would stay here again. We really enjoyed the beautiful gardens around the house. The house is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. We loved all the original paintings, many by the owner.
