"Conveniently located near stores and restaurants as well as the bridge in New River Gorge National Park. My husband especially enjoyed the Star Wars decor. The kitchen was small (cooktop, only microwave oven) but well equipped with dishes and pans. The living room had a sofa and desk chair, but not the two extra chairs shown in the picture. Be aware before booking that there is off-street parking for two cars and NO parking on the street"

"The pond behind the cabin is shared with everyone in the neighborhood. It's accessed by general trails that run behind the cabins -- and which are also great for running! When we were there, it was jam-packed with singing frogs, plus a few bass and super-healthy sunfish which we then caught. We never saw another soul on those trails or at the the pond, though we were there in the May shoulder season."

"The property is located right across from Hawks Nest State Park. The neighborhood is quiet. You can sit on the front porch or out back on the patio or up by the fire pit. "This was the best VRBO rental we have experienced. The space is even nicer than the pictures portray. The hosts left us wanting for nothing. The attention to detail was impeccable, with lots of small treats and surprises that made us feel so special. "We had a fantastic stay at this quiet and clean cabin! The property is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious backyard and a great grill setup for outdoor meals. We were treated to amazing wildlife views every day, which made the experience even more special. The kids especially loved fishing in the pond! The location is also perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive from New River Gorge National Park. A wonderful place to unwind and explore the area. "

"The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to find the driveway, but the host Wendy gave us excellent directions. Walkable to all the restaurants and a short drive to the visitor's center for New River Gorge National Park. There is another visitor center about 45 minutes away, but it was not a bad drive. Would definitely stay again."
