"It’s an old neighborhood but don’t let that deter you. Revitalization efforts are apparent. House & yard are well kept & clean, back sitting area, fire ring & dog bowls were a wonderful touch. The house was clean, welcoming, and the communication with owner was great. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The home is on a very quiet street which was nice.
