"We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again."

"The house was super clean and very well appointed and beautifully styled! It was close to a neighborhood park and across from a nice large field. The fire-pit and covered outdoor dining and hot tub made being home relaxing and fun. We used the house to explore bike trails, the CO National Monument and some wineries. "

"Check in was easy in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable accommodations and kitchen amenities that offered an easy opportunity to cook a nice breakfast."
