🔧 Damages & Missing Items
• Any broken, burned, missing, or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
• Please report any accidental damages as soon as possible.

🛎️ Last-Minute Requests
• We will try our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but additional fees may apply (e.g., changes to guest count).

📌 General Courtesy & Cleanliness
• Keep the apartment in a reasonable condition before checkout. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.
• Dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher before departure.
• Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins.
