Characteristic large villa just renovated in the heart of Salento

The villa in the heart of Salento, just renovated, has a large garden equipped with deck chairs and a stone barbecue, a patio with a dining area; three large double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom; three lounges located in the various areas of the house; a spacious dining room; a room with Step Technogym and a gym ball. Of the four bathrooms, three have a shower and one has a bathtub. There are also two outdoor hot showers. Double sofa beds and a single bed in different living rooms can accommodate other guests.
It features vaulted ceilings 6 meters high and floors with marble motifs.
The villa, very quiet, allows privacy even within the same group of people, as it has four separate entrances. Some rooms have air conditioning, including two double bedrooms and a dining room, others have a shovel.
The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators (one for food, one for drinks), freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a very wide range of pots, dishes, serving dishes, kitchen utensils, as well as dish cloths, place mats and tablecloths. Wide choice of cutlery, glasses and dishes.
The large garden contains chairs, armchairs, coffee table, hammocks and a rocking chair. The patio and garden offer the ideal setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors.
Towels (in terry and cotton and linen embroidered by hand), bathrobes, beach towels, hand-embroidered cotton or linen sheets are provided. There are also two flat-screen TVs, a hairdryer, a toolbox, ironing boards and an iron.
The Villa is located in a small village in Salento, where a bar, a grocery store, a newsstand, a butcher and an excellent fish restaurant are within walking distance. It is well situated for exploring the rest of the region and seaside resorts such as Otranto or Castro Marina, which are less than 15 minutes away by car.
Cleaning and catering services can be arranged upon request (for a fee).
