"We rented this property so we can meet with friends and family from different locations in US and Europe! The terrace overlooking the sea was roomy and great for gathering with our friends and family who stayed at other nearby locations! The sun was hot in the afternoon but the shade of the terrace at that time of day allowed us to be able to spend time outside overlooking the water. The house is steps away from the beach! The village is not touristy which we loved as we had a genuine Italian...

"The home and grounds are beautiful and filled with fun. Anna met us at the property, was so helpful with our stay at the home as well as providing us with places to visit during day trips. The view is incredible and can be seen from the top deck, as well as the entire back of the property. The pool w/ pool house was so much fun, also gorgeous, plenty of places to sit , lounge and a full size fridge for easy access to beverages. On the side of the pool area there is a lovely covered trellis area...

La casa è fresca con un giardino piccolo ma sufficiente a pranzare in 12 persone comodamente sul patio. "Waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre alt) im Mai zu Besuch gewesen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, die Rasenfläche ist super für Kinder zum Spielen. Das Wasser im Pool war im Mai noch etwas frisch. Insgesamt ein sehr toller Urlaub! Anna und Sergio sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Eine defekte Waschmaschine wurde innerhalb eines Tages ersetzt! Wir kommen gerbe wieder!"

"The physical location of the villa was GORGEOUS, but the local villages were somewhat rundown and deserted. The villa itself was very rundown especially compared to the photos on the listing. Nicer furniture and decorations had been replaced hedges and lawn unkept, and refrigerator door was missing."

"Die Villa liegt herrlich oberhalb von Capo D´ Orlando. Der Tennisplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Pool ist sehr Groß 6mX12m. Außenrum gibt es viel Grün. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist überdacht und ebenfalls groß. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Geschirrspüler. Wenn es Fragen gab, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar."

"Una deliziosa bomboniera vista mare. La casa presenta tutti i comfort, il terrazzo spettacolare ma sicuramente ha bisogno di qualche miglioria. Una svecchiata generale non guasterebbe: la lavatrice rotta non è stata riparata, il phone si surriscaldava, fare la doccia voleva dire "allargare" il bagno.
