"Wir haben uns hier enorm wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer und Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wirklich sauber. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.
Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist. Wer vom Land kommt...

"wonderful staff. We had a very beautiful sea side room on the top floor.
The pool is a bit small but the location to the sea makes up for the small pool.

"Schönes Hotel. Großes, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, Garten- und Meerblick. Leider war das Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Tische auch im Freien am Pool.
Die Lage am Strand ist toll, nur gibt es in Laufweite keine Restaurants. Aber mit einem Tuktuk erreicht man schnell den nächsten Ort."

"Rooms are small, half the size of other 5 star hotels.
Bathroom is tiny, hardly any space. Hot water tends to run out after 10 minutes. Very unusual for a hotel of this reputation.
Expedia also promised a $50 voucher for VIP access when I purchased the room. The hotel said this was not communicated to them, and Expedia said they cannot honour after I arrived at the hotel. Won’t be booking with them again.
The only good thing was the beach was close to the hotel and easy access. Staff were...
