"Hotel horrível. Pior hotel onde já estive. Num local onde está frio, a água quente era escassa, apenas durava pouco mais de um minuto e após reclamar mais de 2/3 vezes. O quarto era frio, gelado e sem qualquer suporte a ar condicionado ou aquecedor. Quando chegamos ao hotel deparamo-nos com crianças a gerir o hotel, não havendo qualquer adulto para nos receber. "This place is truly a hidden gem, and the staff is absolutely incredible! It should be on everyone’s list when visiting Sri Lanka. The owner is wonderful; she invited my friend and me for tea, picked us up in her SUV since our tuk-tuk couldn't make it up the hill due to an earlier accident, and welcomed us warmly despite our late check-in.
