"Came to Hanoi for a concert, stayed for a full week. The front staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean."

"Clean room and friendly staffs, and great Korean restaurants around, It located right next to the school and you will hear music/noise in the morning. The hotel features clean rooms and friendly staff who welcomes. There are also excellent Korean restaurants right around the corner. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located right next to a school, so you will hear music and noise in the morning. It wasn't an issue for us, but early morning sleepers might want to bring earplugs."

"1 room is clean everything new 2 but the only thing I dont understand that why the hotel do not have anyone help with the luggage and staff especially women resceptionist really rude and racist to Vietnamese pp their attitude with their own pp very bad .

"The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is clean."

"Boa estadia.
