"We were super-comfortable in our small suite with everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable 3 night stay.
There were wonderful views out on to the Fox range mountains, and only a 5min walk from the excellent and very atmosphetic Cook and Saddle cafe.
Lake Matheson with its memorable rainforest walk, the mirrored reflections of Mtns Tasman and Cook, and the welcoming cafe offering excellent fare to eat and drink - as well as a local artist's gallery - was a real bonus.

"Fantastic spacious rooms with plush carpet and well equiped kitchen. Couch was huge and comfy. Beds comfortable with beautiful large windows, mountain and hill views. Easy access to glacier lookout and lake. "

The staff was great, very friendly and willing to help with everything. The location is excellent, right in the center of town and close to the grocery store and restaurants. Simply wonderful!"
